  • Do referred teammates have to be Beauty Client users? No, we want you to have the freedom to choose to whomever you want to refer clients.
  • What happens to my client list if I choose to take a break from the industry? We will store your data on our secured servers for up to one year and your data will be here when you choose to activate your account again.
  • What if I want to cancel my service? You can cancel at any time by notifying BC by sending a message to If you choose to cancel your service you can download your client information to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet so you will have it.
  • Can clients add themselves into my client list? Yes, you just need to give them an ID code and they will have access to add themselves only.
  • Does Beauty Clients allow for appointment booking? No, not at this time, salons normally handle the appointment booking for you. The Beauty Clients’ tool is specifically designed to keep track and manage your client base form anywhere in the world.
  • What forms of payment do you take? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  • Am I able to export my contacts if I can no longer pay for the service? Yes, you can export to a Microsoft Excel or CSV file and we will keep your client list on file for one year.
